ICISR 2026 will be held at the Hilton Mystic in Mystic, Connecticut, on May 13th-14th, with an evening reception on May 12th.

Mystic is a charming seaside town located along the Connecticut coast, known for its historic seaport, scenic waterfront, and vibrant downtown filled with local shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. We hope ICISR will provide an opportunity to immerse yourself in rich discussion and discovery, surrounded by the maritime charm of Mystic.

A special banquet will take place the evening of May 14th at the Mystic Marine Life Aquarium, where guests can mingle and connect amidst fascinating marine exhibits and oceanic ambiance.

Nearest Airports

  • T.F. Green International Airport (PVD) – Located in Providence, Rhode Island (approx. 45 minutes by car). This is the closest major airport to Mystic and offers a range of domestic and limited international flights.
  • Bradley International Airport (BDL) – Located in Hartford, Connecticut (approx. 1 hour 20 minutes by car). A convenient option for travelers within the U.S. with regular shuttle and rental car services.
  • Logan International Airport (BOS) – Located in Boston, Massachusetts (approx. 2 hours by car or train). Ideal for international attendees and those connecting from overseas.
  • John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) – Located in New York City (approx. 2.5–3 hours by car or train). Another option for international arrivals.

By Train

The Amtrak Northeast Regional line stops directly at the Mystic Station, which is just a 5-minute drive (or 20-minute walk) from the Hilton Mystic. The route connects Mystic to major cities such as Boston, Providence, New Haven, and New York City.

By Car

Mystic is easily accessible via Interstate 95 (I-95). The Hilton Mystic is located just off Exit 90. On-site parking is available for hotel guests and conference attendees.
